All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom, United States, United Arab Emirates, Canada, Australia, and Saudi Arabia. A flat shipping fee of €5 applies to all orders delivered within the European Union.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.
Constantin & Crys does not collect duties or import taxes at checkout and cannot predict or control these charges. If you are unsure about potential fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages
