How to Start a Return

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.
• If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Return Conditions

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Gift cards are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time: up to 10 business days.

EU Customers

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days of receiving the last item in your order, in accordance with EU consumer law. This return window is extended to account for weekends and public holidays. You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
